Be A Voter is a movement initiated by the Voice for Justice. The movement has its objective to strengthen the democratic system in India by encouraging and promoting maximum participation of citizens in the electoral process. We are working to deliver the message : "Voting is not just a right; it is a responsibility". The movement is patronised by several eminent personalities and has the former Chief Election Commissioner of India Mr.T.S.Krishnamurthy as its Patron in Chief.

We at beavoter.in believe that for a democratic system to function effectively maximum participation of citizens is the most important ingredient. Statistics say that 14% of the electorate for the upcoming General Elections are first time voters. There is a need to sensitize these young voters on the importance of voting and stress upon the necessity for them exercising their franchise in order to not only secure the future of the Nation but also their own future. In partnership with the Election Commission, the team at beavoter.in has been engaging with a number of young voters in different urban centres across Tamil Nadu over the past few weeks.
