Voice for Justice, a Chennai based NGO, is concerned with the protection of Human Rights and ensuring justice for those whose rights are infringed. Wherever it gets any information, directly or indirectly with regard to serious violation of Human Rights or Human Respect, it takes up the matter in order to find out the root cause of incident, to analyze them in order to avoid their recurrence; as well as to make suggestions to maintain the Human-Social Respects and to protect the human rights. For this the Voice for Justice has endeavored to identify people of social standing such as retired Judges of the High Courts / Supreme Court, reputed lawyers, retired IAS/IPS officials, Retired officers from the defence services, people having a reputation and experience in educational fields as well as experts in subject matter concerned. The Voice for Justice involves them to take up the most needed socio-legal activities, to propose remedial measures and help to tackle cases of violation of human rights and any danger to social respect, social peace or social harmony.

The aims are

• The Voice for Justice is an apolitical registered NGO formed by an inspired group of professionals in various fields.
  
• The objective of The Voice for Justice is to make an effort to generate an enlightened debate on issues that concern the society when basic human rights are deprived, especially to those people who are in the economically weaker stratum of the society.
  
• The Voice for Justice will approach the problems in a unique way.
  
• The Voice for Justice will try to elicit facts related to a problem uncritically and present them so rationally, scientifically and in such a manner that the presented facts themselves will off the solution.
  
• For instance, when a problem presents itself The Voice for Justice shall study the problem in depth, and approach a team of extremely eminent specialist in their respective fields , related to the problem, to undertake a scientific investigation of the problem, analyze the data thus obtained, and make recommendations to the appropriate forum for redressal/ removal of the problem.
  
• The Voice for Justice will not normally compete with the consumer rights organizations. Its area of focus will be where deprivation of basic human rights have taken place and the democratic rights of our citizens have been compromised of basic human rights and democratic rights of ordinary citizens.
